Indonesia’s clinical trial landscape is evolving rapidly, with increasing government support, a focus on local health needs and greater adoption of technology. ๐๐๐ฆ๐ ๐๐ is playing a vital role in this evolution by promoting education, facilitating collaboration and raising public awareness. The country has set its sights on becoming a thriving developed nation by 2045 and is making significant leaps in its health transformation journey by optimizing the role of the ๐๐ป๐ฑ๐ผ๐ป๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐ฎ ๐๐น๐ถ๐ป๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐น ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฐ๐ต ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ฟ (๐๐ก๐-๐๐ฅ๐) and attracting more clinical trials investment, a necessary intervention that can cement its path to becoming a developed nation. Mayapada Hospital, Siloam Hospitals and other hospital are boosting the country’s Clinical Research infrastructure by developing a large number of Clinical Research Units (CRUs). Indonesia has great potential for conducting multiregional, regional and global clinical trials.
